Almost the only source for ice climbing in this region is The Climber's Guide To Tahoe Rock by Mike Carville (if you can find a copy.) Below is a list of the areas that were listed in this book. The best source for current ice conditions is your local climbing store.
Note that ice conditions are very transitory, what is good ice one day could be running water the next day. "It has been said that a California ice cliimber's most important piece of gear is a fast car."
